ContraFlex Kazakhstan
Contraflex Kazakhstan was established in 2015 in Aksai Industrial Park as a subsidiary of Advanced Insulation, a UK registered company specialized in the production of Insulation (Topside and Subsea), Passive Fire Protection (PFP), Cryogenic Spill Protection (CSP), Composite Blast and Fire Walls, Buoyancy Products and Cable Protection Systems. ContraFlex produces an innovative, bespoke removable jacket or blanket system using high performance materials, tested to the most extreme operating conditions.
ContraFlex Kazakhstan offers a range of tailor-made flexible fire protection and insulation jackets that have design approval from Lloyd’s Register, DNV and/or ABS as standard.
Our range includes Passive Fire Protection, Thermal and Acoustic solutions.
ContraFlex jackets are ideal for use across a range of applications and markets including HVAC thermal insulation to offshore in oil and gas as well as for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), they are tailor made to guarantee easy and swift installation.
ContraFlex PFP jackets are tested to both hydrocarbon pool and jet fire scenarios (UL1709 and ISO22899) to provide protection up to 180 minutes in the event of a fire.
The system is utilised across oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG and nuclear projects globally.
