Sferova Kazakhstan LLP
Established in 2012 as local entity participated by Sferova Italy with headquarters in the Italian town of Sulbiate, Sferova Kazakhstan’s mission is to implement the transfer of know-how and increase the manufacturing capabilities in Kazakhstan. It is specialized in the production of industrial valves that are designed, produced and tested under an accredited Quality System in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, P.E.D. 97/23/CE and API Spec. Q1.
Sferova Kazakhstan produces a wide variety of valves ranging from Ball, Gate, Double Block & Bleed, Check and Globe Valves. We are able to cover all the various stages of manufacturing including machining, assembly, testing, sandblasting and painting. All of these activities are performed in compliance with international standards and certifications.
Sferova Kazakhstan has planned its operations to gradually transfer the production capability in Kazakhstan based on a progressive local content development program. We have regularly performed training for the technical upgrade for Kazakh employees in Aksai allowing us to have a 90% of local staff. In addition, the manufacturing activities have been constantly increased and we are now able to reach a percentage of CT-KZ up to 75% depending on the range of valve considered.
